Banki.ua and InfoBank.by, leading information banking portals in Ukraine and Belorussia, have interviewed 9Senses consultant Victoria Palomino. They where mostly interested to know what customer centricity is really about, if there are any regional differences in the implementation of this vision, and what banking customers are looking for right now.
