Russian edition of RFS already on sale

New addition of RFS was launched in Moscow on the 8^th of December. The authors of RFS presented their bestselling management book to the Russian financial services experts, who were very interested in its content. Representatives of local banks and insurance companies that were present during the launch were inspired by best practices from around the world. They are very much aware of the fact that in order to be market leaders and to implement innovative customer centric models, they should pay close attention to the outside world.

The opening speech was given by Mikhail Ivanov, CEO of the publishing house “Mann, Ivanov and Ferber” – publisher of the Russian edition of RFS. And the conclusion of the presentation was given by  Andrey Litvinov, Senior Vice-President of Financial Group Life. The chosen venue for this event was one of the most important bookshops of the Russian capital - “Respublica”, which is open 24 hours.
